Engenda Group, a leading engineering and construction company, are on the lookout for a Senior Project Manager to join our EPC office in Falkirk.


Role Overview


As a Senior Project Manager with Engenda Group, you’ll hold an integral role in the delivery of multiple projects and the growth of a key account within the engineering and design division. As part of our growing engineering and design team at the newly refurbished Antonine Hub in Falkirk, you will be at the forefront of the company growth strategy and will have opportunities to develop and progress quickly within the business.


Key Responsibilities


  • Working on large-scale framework to deliver multiple projects on behalf of a key client account
  • Being the key point of contact for our design and engineering teams and liaising with the client on a wide range of technical subjects
  • Developing and growing the relationship with the client team to further enhance the Engenda profile and our capabilities
  • Lead a multi-disciplined management team across design (detailed), procurement and construction
  • Monitoring project progress, performance and deliverables, and implementing corrective actions as necessary to ensure project objectives are met
  • Facilitating effective communication and collaboration among project team members, stakeholders and clients
  • Ensuring compliance with relevant industry codes, standards, regulations and safety requirements throughout the project lifecycle


What you will bring to Engenda


  • Demonstratable experience of leading and working across multiple projects at a time in a project management capacity
  • Experience in managing and developing key client relationships
  • Experience of working within COMAH regulations
  • Degree qualified, preferably with chartered status
