This is a pivotal role where you will spearhead the data strategy, develop a comprehensive roadmap, and implement data insights into web applications.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Collaborate with senior leadership to define and execute a robust data strategy
  • Build and integrate data functionalities into our web app, ensuring a seamless user experience
  • Translate complex data sets into actionable insights, enhancing customer experience
  • Produce comprehensive data packs and reports using R, Excel, and BI tools, presenting findings to stakeholders


Qualifications:


  • Proven experience in data strategy and implementation
  • Extensive hands-on experience as a Data Engineer
  • Strong development skills with a deep understanding of data integration
  • Proficiency in R, Excel, and BI tools for data analysis and report generation
  • Demonstrated ability to produce and present data insights clearly and effectively
  • Experience guiding and mentoring junior team members
  • Confident communicator, capable of advising and influencing senior stakeholders
