In this role you will develop ranges working closely with the Founder as well as the design and creative teams, you will work on garment costings, managing the critical path through all stages ensuring that key dates are followed.


You will need to be a collaborative person, with a strong work ethic and passion, this is a great time to make an impact with a flourishing Womenswear brand


Buyer – The Role

  • Manage supplier base, liaising with suppliers on a daily basis
  • Keeping up to date with the latest trends and competitors, ensuring the brand is always ahead of the market
  • Work with the team to build new, strong ranges suitable for the customer
  • Responsible for negotiating prices and MOQ’s with suppliers
  • Ensure the critical path is followed and maintained at all stages to ensure on time deliveries
  • Work with the founder to lead product sign off meetings
  • Ensure product is launched onto the website in line with planned phasing
  • Analyse sales, reacting to sales accordingly - looking for opportunities to grow the business
  • Raise and issue purchase orders, chase and approve lab dips and bulk
  • Sample management – photoshoots, sealing samples
  • Responsible for presenting collections with the wider team
  • Working with the design and technical teams to ensure best fits and consistency

  • Strong buying experience, ready to hit the ground running
  • Excellent negotiation skills
  • Flexible with great attention to detail
  • A team player, collaborative and passionate
  • An eye for product
  • Outgoing, confident and ready to make suggestions
  • Able to multi task and prioritise workload
  • Communication is essential – strong written and verbal skills
