We are currently recruiting for an interesting SAP OTC Consultant role working for our client based in Stockley Park, United Kingdom:

Duration: 6 months + extensions

Location: Stockley (Hybrid Working- 3 days onsite per week)

Pay Rate: Negotiable

See Job Role:

We are seeking a highly skilled SAP OTC Consultant with a strong understanding of GTS and extensive experience in the Life Sciences industry. This role will be pivotal in supporting our ongoing SAP initiatives, ensuring seamless order-to-cash processes and compliance with global trade regulations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Functional Expertise:
• Deep understanding of SAP OTC processes, including order management, pricing, delivery, invoicing, and customer returns.
• Strong knowledge of GTS functionalities, such as classification, export controls, and customs processes.
• Experience in configuring and customizing SAP OTC and GTS modules to meet specific business requirements.
• Life Sciences Industry Knowledge:
• In-depth understanding of regulatory requirements and industry best practices in the Life Sciences sector.
• Familiarity with global trade compliance regulations (e.g., FDA, EMA, etc.)
• Ability to translate business needs into technical solutions, considering industry-specific challenges.
• Project Involvement:
• Active participation in SAP implementation and upgrade projects, including requirements gathering, design, testing, and deployment.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth project execution and timely delivery.
• Support and Maintenance:
• Provide ongoing support to end-users, resolving issues and answering queries related to SAP OTC and GTS.
• Identify and implement process improvements and system enhancements to optimize operations.
• Problem-Solving and Analysis:
• Troubleshoot complex issues and provide effective solutions.
• Analyze system performance and identify opportunities for optimization.

Required Skills and Experience:

• Proven experience in SAP OTC and GTS implementation and support.
• Strong functional knowledge of SAP SD, MM, and LE modules.
