Supply Chain Finance Manager

Our international client, within the manufacturing space, is seeking a Supply Chain Finance Manager to join their growing team.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Assist the business in the financial processes, monthly reporting, and contract negotiation with key clients/suppliers
  • Provide reporting and analyses to support monthly/quarterly/annual financial results
  • Manage and provide leadership to a team, direct reports responsible for financial reporting, cost accounting, and analysis
  • Drive consistent and accurate reporting across all projects
  • Ownership of operational KPIs, stock-reporting, customer profitability, timing of projects, freight
  • Ensure all Logistics/Supply Chain financial impacting processes and internal controls and develop best practices as applicable
  • Work with Head of Finance to drive process improvement and implementation within the finance group and organisation
  • Coordinate between commercial/sales team and finance team


Experience:


  • Experiences with import/export of goods with China and container shipping is essential
  • Knowledge of supply chain from manufacturing, logistics, finance, and marketing
  • Worked within a B2B environment


Qualifications:


  • Financial Planning and Analytical Skills
  • Supply Chain Finance and Finance Skills
  • Accounting Skills
  • Experience in managing financial operations within a supply chain
  • Knowledge of supply chain processes and financial performance metrics
  • Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field
