Title: Business Analyst – Digital Transformation Programme

Rate: £300-£325 per day (Outside IR35)

Length: 6 Months

Location: London (Hybrid)

Start: Immediate



Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with stakeholders to understand business needs, define requirements, and translate them into actionable solutions.
  • Support the deployment of digital tools and systems across the business, ensuring seamless integration with existing processes.
  • Analyze and document current and future state business processes, identifying opportunities for improvement.
  • Conduct workshops and stakeholder interviews to gather insights and align expectations.
  • Ensure clear communication between business teams, technical teams, and project leadership.
  • Develop and maintain comprehensive documentation, including requirements, user stories, and test cases.
  • Facilitate user acceptance testing and provide post-deployment support.


Required Skills and Experience:

  • Proven experience as a Business Analyst within digital transformation programmes.
  • Strong track record of working on deployments and rollout initiatives.
  • Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Proficient in stakeholder engagement and management.
  • Familiarity with Agile or hybrid project delivery methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently and thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.


Contract Details:


  • Rate: £300-£325 per day (Outside IR35)
  • Duration: 6 months (with potential for extension)
  • Location: UK-based (Hybrid with occasional on-site requirements in London, as necessary)
