Great opportunity for a talented Trading Analyst or similar with a focus on Energy Markets and to work for a market leader within the energy sector. This Global Energy Software Company have an energy software platform that energy traders and trading teams use to model and simulate their Energy markets.


This role provides an exciting opportunity for a Lead or Senior Energy Analyst with a strong understanding of the energy trading community to make a real impact and join a global company.


About The Lead Energy Trading Analyst Role


As a Lead Energy Trading Analyst you will have the opportunity to demonstrate your consulting capability and market knowledge in a highly established Energy Tech business at the forefront of the technology landscape for trading teams.


Key Responsibilities for the Lead Energy Analyst:


  • Help energy trading teams understand how to achieve their investment and trading decision making etc.
  • Review energy markets & fundamentals and work with trading clients to help develop energy models within their business
  • You will have an understanding of energy market fundamentals and be keen to apply this knowledge within simulation software models of the current and future, European energy markets
