We’re looking for a Depot Manager to oversee production, operations, technical, and logistics at our Dagenham site. Reporting to the Regional Production Manager, you’ll drive innovation, efficiency, and excellence in asphalt production.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead and motivate the operational team.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental standards.
  • Implement LEAN processes and continuous improvement techniques.
  • Drive cost management and maximise profitability.
  • Develop business opportunities and manage market competitiveness.


Qualifications:

  • Proven leadership and operational management experience.
  • Strong financial acumen and strategic vision.
  • Knowledge of modern manufacturing techniques.
  • Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
  • Commitment to health and safety standards.
