We are delighted to be working with a leading organisation that is seeking a highly skilled Product Manager to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to drive change, enhance product capabilities, and lead transformative initiatives within an agile environment.


As a Product Manager, you will:


  • Lead the development and enhancement of product capabilities to align with strategic objectives.
  • Drive change and transformation initiatives, ensuring smooth transitions and effective adoption across the organisation.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including engineering, design, marketing, and customer success, to deliver impactful solutions.
  • Utilise agile methodologies to manage product lifecycles, prioritise backlogs, and deliver iterative improvements.
  • Analyse market trends, customer needs, and competitive landscapes to inform product strategy.
  • Champion agile principles and foster a culture of continuous improvement and innovation.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Defining and executing the product roadmap with a strong emphasis on capability-building and transformative outcomes.
  • Engaging with stakeholders to gather insights and translating them into actionable product requirements.
  • Monitoring and measuring the success of product initiatives through KPIs and metrics, ensuring alignment with business goals.
  • Proactively identifying risks, dependencies, and opportunities to ensure timely delivery and value realisation.
  • Advocating for user-centric design and seamless experiences, balancing technical feasibility and customer expectations.


Our client is looking for a candidate who:


  • Has proven experience in product management, with a strong focus on transformation and capability development.
  • Demonstrates expertise in agile methodologies and frameworks such as Scrum, Kanban, or SAFe.
  • Thrives in fast-paced, dynamic environments and can manage multiple priorities effectively.
  • Is a strategic thinker with a hands-on approach to problem-solving and delivery.
  • Possesses excellent communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to inspire and align teams.
  • Has experience working on large-scale change initiatives, including organisational and digital transformation.


Preferred Qualifications:


  • Background in [specific industry, e.g., "SaaS, technology, or digital platforms"].
  • Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, or similar agile project management platforms.
  • Certification in product management (e.g., CSPO, Pragmatic Institute) or agile methodologies (e.g., SAFe Agilist, Scrum Master).
