Are you keen to take part in the Women's Health space?


Metric Search is currently partnered with an exciting Women's Health start-up in the Fertility space. They conduct personalised research for customers so they can provide a one stop resource about fertility and egg freezing, including clinic matches, cost of clinics, medication and packages etc.


As part of an exciting time of growth for the company, they are looking for a Commercial Analyst in the UK to join their fast and dynamic team. In the role, you'll build out and lead their entire Data Insight Commercial Team, and be responsible for driving growth and building strategic client relationships globally.


FYI - You'll start off as part time contractor and develop into a full time employee by the end of the year.


Key Responsibilities

  • Guide pharmaceutical commercial decision-making processes.
  • Uncover real-world insights from innovation through development to commercialization.
  • Demonstrate the value and effectiveness of products to global stakeholders
  • Articulate scientific breakthroughs to healthcare providers, regulators, payers, and patients.
  • Communicate the value of products effectively.
  • Utilize real-world data and insights to substantiate value stories.
  • Facilitate stakeholder decision-making.
  • Identify key client decision-makers across various disciplines (procurement, scientific, and client leadership) and develop engagement plans.
  • Build and maintain strategic global client relationships
  • Own pipeline generation and sales performance to support the achievement of annual revenue growth targets.
  • Qualify leads and ensure the submission of the best proposals for the right opportunities.
  • Support the practice with client insight for pitch development, proposal development, and win strategies.
  • Deliver credential presentations, pitches, and open discussions with new prospective clients.


Ideal Candidate

  • Strong background in start-up or small company environments
  • Proven success in meeting and/or exceeding sales targets.
  • Strong business development capabilities with key internal and external stakeholders.
