Key Account Manager

The ideal candidate is a passionate, self-motivated, and detail-oriented team player who is committed to the success of our customers. You will focus on growing and developing existing clients, as well as generating new business by identifying, implementing and executing new strategies.
Key Responsibilties
- Manage and nurture relationships with clients
- Understand client needs and objectives, proposing tailored solutions
- Ensure timely and high-quality delivery of services to clients.
- Upsell and seek new business opportunities
- Collaborate with internal teams to meet client expectations.
- Regular reporting on account performance and client satisfaction
- Contribute to the development of account strategies and plans.
- Assist with outreach campaigns, coordinating emails, monitoring replies and scheduling meetings
Requirements
- Proven experience as an Account Manager or in a similar sales role.
- Strong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data effectively.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, with a focus on relationship building.
- Demonstrated leadership abilities in managing client accounts or teams.
- Proficient in using Hubspot or similar CRM software to manage client relationships and sales processes.
- Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team environment.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving with strong organisational skills.
Required Qualifications
- Educated to degree level or equivalent at a top 20 university
- A level grades As and Bs.
- Previous experience in account management, preferably in a B2B service setting with high standards of client relationship management
- Demonstrated ability to quickly grasp industry-specific knowledge
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
