FRENCH SELECTION (FS)French or German speaking Regional Sales Manager (Travel Industry) - 2 roles available: one French speaking, one German speaking.Experience in sales within the travel or DMC sectorLocation: Remote in the UKSalary: circa £40,000 per annumRef: 4290SF (French speaking role) & 4291SG (German speaking role)To apply using our preferred format, please visit French Selection website (see website below), go to the vacancies page, search job reference: 4290SF (for the French speaking role) & 4291SG (for the German speaking role)Website: www.french-selection.co.ukA well-established tour operator with local and international operations who pride themselves in creating memorable travel experiencesMain duties: An exciting opportunity for a driven sales manager to join the team covering the French/German market where you will lead business growth driving new client acquisition and strengthen partnershipsThe role:- Selling destinations of England, Scotland and Ireland as well as developing the French/German market- Responsible for managing key accounts, focusing on new clients- Identify new sales opportunities and cross sell where needed- Source and develop opportunities from tour operators, travel agents and coach operators, leading bids to win and secure new contracts- Set and implement the sales plan for the French or German market- Conducting sales trips, telesales and participating in trade fairs are essential components of the role.- Liaising with internal teams as neededThe candidate:- Fluent in French or German ( written and spoken ) essential (we have 2 roles available: one French speaking, one German speaking.- Remote with ideally based in London, Edinburgh or Dublin area- Experience in sales within the travel or DMC sector- Familiarity with the UK, Ireland and France/Germany regions- Solid understanding of quoting and contracting beneficial- Excellent communication skills- Competitive, positive with good problem solving skillsThe salary: circa £40,000 per annum
