Role Purpose


As a Junior Project Manager for our commercial arm of the business, you will oversee every stage of key campaigns from briefing through to final delivery. Acting as the contact point between Cowshed and clients, you ensure that projects are well-briefed, project deliverables & deadlines are met, and of course - the clients have received a pleasant, professional experience so they want to keep coming back


Responsibilities


  • Manage the day-to-day campaign workflow from project booking to going live.
  • Being the sole point of contact for the client & internal departments on your allocated projects.
  • Develop project plans, timelines, and milestones, ensuring alignment with client requirements and creative objectives.
  • Organise regular project status meetings, communicate progress, address challenges, and proactively identify and resolve potential issues.
  • Monitoring the project's success and flagging any problems to the Head of Client Services and Head of Production. You need to be able to assess & foresee project difficulties and escalate issues as needed.
  • Collaborate closely with clients or stakeholders to understand project goals, provide creative solutions, and manage expectations throughout the project from start to finish.
  • Oversee the quality of work being sent across to clients and talent, manage feedback accordingly, and keep a tight rein on deadlines and resource requirements.
  • Responsible for & confident in working with both internal stakeholders & external clients to ensure completion of campaigns on schedule & feel at ease presenting campaign updates.
  • Work across multiple projects and once with a high level of attention to detail and comms across internal and external stakeholders.
  • Attend client and media agency meetings in a project management capacity, including client kick-off meetings, leading updates and end-of-campaign presentations etc.
  • Create PCAs at the end of each campaign to present to the client the success of the campaign and the learnings, with the main aim being to upsell for the next series or more productions.
