  • Target Achievements: Exceed sales goals, pioneering new heights in client engagement and acquisition.
  • Trend Leadership: Stay at the forefront of IT and business service trends, positioning yourself as a thought leader.
  • Innovative Contribution: Actively contribute to enhancing Stefanini's service lines, driven by your insights and experience.


Requirements:


  • Empathetic Communication: Outstanding communication skills, with a background for consulting and empathetic selling
  • C-Level Insight: Ability to navigate C-level dynamics, informed by extensive experience.
  • Language Proficiency: Fluent English.
  • Proven Success: A track record of success in IT and business service sales.
  • Decisive Leadership: A results-driven approach and decision-making prowess.
  • Team Synergy: A collaborative spirit, thriving in team-oriented environments.
  • Educational Background: Master's degree in IT or Business (MBA preferred) or equivalent professional experience.
