Senior Recruitment Consultant – UP TO 35k BASE & 25% COMMISSION


Location: Manchester, City Centre.


Are you interested in joining one of Manchester’s most established Professional Services recruitment companies?


You will be recruiting within the public, private, and professional services sectors with a mixture of perm and contract roles. Hot desks at the minute are HR, Social Housing, Healthcare, Technology and Governance.


You'll have the opportunity to join a business that has recently experienced a huge amount of growth, year on year they are increasing and sometimes doubling their headcount and revenue figures.


You will benefit from an experienced team working around you, including weekly 1-2-1 sessions with the directors who built out all the companies markets.


What's on offer?

Competitive base salary - up to 35k DOE

25% commission - salaries are between 30-80k meaning fees are huge

Hybrid & Flexi working
