Our client, an upmarket, independent Estate Agency based in a prime London location is seeking an experienced Property Manager to join the team. Working alongside another Property Manager, you’ll be managing a high end Property portfolio, providing exceptional customer service to all clients.

Key Responsibilities:

• Management of a high-end residential portfolio

• Managing tenant relationships

• Carrying out property inspections to ensure high standards.

• Overseeing property maintenance and coordinating repairs with contractors.

• Upholding tenancy agreements and addressing disputes effectively.

• Rent collection, ensuring timely payments.

• Manage property finances, including income and expenses.

• Ensure compliance with tenancy deposit schemes and other legal requirements.

• Keeping abreast with relevant legislation and regulations.


Required Skills and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in property management, ideally within a high-end residential environment.

• Excellent communication and organisational skills.

• A proactive problem solver with a customer-focused approach.

• Proficient in property management software.

• ARLA qualification (desirable)
