RMG Digital are currently on the lookout for a Senior QA Engineer to join an innovative start-up which focuses within Fitness Tech.


You will be taking full ownership of quality assurance across a range of innovative products, including a state-of-the-art hologram mirror, a comprehensive computer vision system, and exclusive workout content. You’ll collaborate closely with the Chief Product Officer (CPO) and the team supporting them with various testing methodologies.


Responsibilities as a QA Engineer:


  • Lead QA initiatives across the mirror application, admin web app, computer vision form tracking, workout content, and ideally hardware (mirror, bench & dumbbells).
  • Embed shift-left testing practices, fostering a quality-first mindset throughout the development process.
  • Conduct manual testing to identify and replicate issues within the mirror software application.
  • Integrate various testing methodologies, including regression, functional, and exploratory testing, into the QA process.
  • Collaborate with computer vision engineers to manually test and validate our ReflectAI® tracking system, ensuring accurate rep counts and form feedback.
  • Work closely with the content team to manually test new workout content, ensuring it meets the highest quality standards.
  • Inspect mirrors from new shipments to verify they meet our exacting specifications.
  • Facilitate smooth and regular releases of new features, maintaining minimal bugs through coordination with developers.
  • Potentially assume a leadership role as the QA team grows.


What we’re looking for from a QA Engineer:


  • Experience as a QA Engineer within a Start-up environment
  • Worked on mobile and web app testing
  • Manual testing background
  • Proficient in using project management tools i.e Jira
  • Background working within an Agile Scum team environment
