About the role: 

The Student Enrolment Advisor (SEA) will advise prospective students considering courses provided by College Online in partnership with College Online's network of Colleges and Universities. 

The SEA will play an integral role in building a trusting relationship with prospective students, assisting and advising them at all recruitment stages through to enrolment onto their chosen course. The SEA will remain as a touchpoint of support throughout the whole learner's journey ensuring that every single student interaction offers them a first-class experience. It is part of College Online's responsibility to ensure we recruit with integrity and only enrol students who we believe can succeed.   

Skills/Education & Experience required:

  • Educated to Degree level desirable, ideally in business administration and computer science, or equivalent. 
  • Enrolment/Admissions/Recruitment advisor experience, in an educational setting, would be a distinct advantage 
  • Strong organisational skills and an ability to help organise others  
  • Proficiency with MS Office to efficiently manage email and generate reports using Excel 
  • User experience with CRM platforms would be an advantage 
  • Self-motivated with the ability to work on own initiative as well as within written policies & processes 
  • Problem solving in a collaborative environment with education partners 
  • Good attention to detail 
  • An understanding of or experience as a career coach, advisor or counselling capacity would be an advantage 
  • Approachable & responsive with a willingness to work irregular/flexible hours to meet the needs of potential students
