ABOUT THE ROLE

The Recruitment Specialist will work closely with the Account Director and Account Team colleagues to support the effective delivery of the Medical Locum Workforce Solution. You will manage agency candidate submissions to open vacancies, ensuring that processes and rate guides are followed to maximize quality while minimizing cost and risk. Key duties include:

  • Collaborate with agencies to negotiate rates and fill roles efficiently.
  • Manage stakeholder relationships, ensuring smooth service delivery and proactive problem-solving.
  • Ensure compliance and effective use of our Workforce Management technology.
  • Support strategic initiatives alongside the Account Director for continuous improvement.


You will receive comprehensive training, coaching, and ongoing support to excel in these duties, ensuring you are well-equipped to meet and exceed the demands of this dynamic role.


ABOUT YOU

As the successful Recruitment Specialist applicant, you will have significant experience in an office or home-based business-to-business customer-facing role. You will have:

  • Proactive problem-solving skills.
  • Strong administrative and communication skills.
  • Proficiency in MS Office and one or more enterprise business systems (e.g., CRM, Service Desk, Marketing, HR, etc.).
  • Ability to travel to client sites as needed.


Experience in recruitment or a compliance-heavy industry is a plus but not required.
