This role will suit a candidate who has excellent business acumen, is self-motivated, target driven, has strong communication skills and enjoys dealing with people to create positive client working relationships.

Requirements:
Essential:
- 3-5 years proven track record of customer management & development in a Business Development Manager role.
- Knowledge of packaging
- Full clean driving licence
- Strong IT skills using word, excel, outlook and PowerPoint.
- 3 A levels or equivalent qualifications, e.g., B-Tech
- Proactive and ‘can-do’ attitude
- Can demonstrate excellent customer service attributes.
Preference will be given to candidates who have previous proven sales experience selling into bakeries and/or a Business-related qualification.
Hours: 37 ½ hours per week (Mon-Fri) Full-time / Permanent role
Salary: competitive salary plus bonus structure and company car
