With a salary of £90,000 - £102,000, you'll lead the audit function, manage a substantial client portfolio, and contribute to strategic growth.What You'll Be DoingLead and oversee audit assignments from planning through to completionManage a substantial portfolio including SMEs, owner-managed businesses, and group accountsAct as trusted advisor and key client contact, building strong relationshipsReview audit files to ensure compliance with auditing standardsLead, mentor, and develop the audit teamWork closely with Partners to set and deliver departmental strategyIdentify business development opportunities and win new workProvide technical expertise on complex audit mattersImplement improvements to audit processes and team performanceAbout YouYou're a commercially astute audit professional with extensive practice experience and proven leadership skills.
