Contract Co-ordinator

As Contract Co-ordinator you will be responsible for supporting the Operations Supervisor to ensure the continuing day to day running of our customer’s contract. You will be part of a highly dedicated and professional team consisting of experienced Customer Service Representatives and transport professionals to provide a high service level for our customer.
Location: Dover, United Kingdom
Hours per week: Full-time, 40 hours
Salary: from £25,000 p.a. depending on experience
Key responsibilities
- Ensure collection and delivery expectations are met in both an effective and efficient way
- Raise and manage bookings keeping key personnel informed of all necessary changes
- Liaise with Asset and Charter contacts to achieve optimum service
- Support activities such as customs clearance and standkit change overs
- Collate information relevant for various KPI’s on a weekly and monthly basis and report to line manager
- Liaise with P&OFM employees at other sites to maximise efficiencies for the customer
- Daily liaison with Customer personnel in a professional manner
- Contribute to the development and growth of the operation.
Your profile
As Contract Co-ordinator you have previous experience of working in a customer focussed operational role and will possess excellent communication skills.
- Excellent organisational skills, including ability to prioritise and manage own work load
- An eye for detail and excellent customer service
- Good IT skills, including MS Word and Excel
- H&S knowledge and awareness
- Ability to develop and maintain good working relationships at all levels
