About the Company - A highly regarded US law firm is looking to bolster its Real Estate Finance practice by hiring an additional Lawyer with Real Estate Finance experience. They require an interim Real Estate Finance Lawyer to join ASAP on a 3-6 month contract. Drawing on the firm's market-leading finance practice and its reputation for delivery, this is an exceptional opportunity. As an associate, you will have exposure to some of the best work in the city. You will join the real estate finance team and handle all aspects of real estate finance, including purchase, sale, development, leasing, and investment. The team regularly collaborates with cross-jurisdictional teams.


About the Role - The successful candidate will ideally have at least 5 years' PQE in Real Estate Finance, with a strong focus on transactional work. You will demonstrate a proven ability to manage complex Real Estate Finance transactions, including acquisitions, investments, secured lending, asset management, as well as both commercial and development property finance. Responsibilities


  • Assist underwriting teams on commercial real estate matters such as: preparing and reviewing term sheets, structuring and advising on transactions.
  • Assisting in the execution of structured finance lending transactions.
