As the business grows, we’re looking for people who can bring structure, ownership and fresh ideas without slowing us down.💼 About The RoleOur Sales & Operations Internship / Experience Programme (approx. 6 months) is designed for junior candidates who are eager to gain hands-on experience in a real e-commerce and mobility business.This internship gives you exposure to two core areas of the company — Sales and Operations — so you can see how we attract customers, close sales, and then deliver on those promises through smooth fulfilment and support.This is an unpaid, educational and observational programme (non-employment). We offer a certificate plus travel & food subsidies to support your participation.🔥 Key ResponsibilitiesSalesAssist with lead generation and prospect research (e.g. potential B2B partners, local bike shops, marketplaces)Support the sales team in client outreach, follow-ups and basic proposals using templatesHelp keep our CRM / spreadsheets / marketplace back-ends up to date with accurate customer and deal informationLearn about the end-to-end sales cycle, from first contact to order confirmationJoin internal sales catch-ups, product discussions and basic pricing/positioning reviewsOperationsGain exposure to our day-to-day operational processes, from order confirmation to deliveryAssist with order checks and coordination between sales, warehouse and logistics partnersHelp with stock, shipment and issue tracking in our internal tools (e.g. Google Sheets, simple dashboards)Support project coordination and logistics for small operational initiatives (e.g. new listings, new routes, new partners)Learn about process improvement, basic reporting, and how we track business performance metrics (e.g. lead conversion, delivery issues, basic customer satisfaction)😊 About YouRecent graduate, current student (gap year / end-of-studies), or early-career candidate looking for real experienceMotivated, adaptable, and eager to learn in a fast-moving environmentStrong communication and organisational skillsComfortable working with basic tools (email, spreadsheets, online platforms)Interest in e-commerce, mobility, business operations, sales or customer successExcellent written and spoken EnglishMandarin speaking is a plus (many of our suppliers and partners are based in China)⛳️ What We Offer (Perks for This Programme)Even though this is an unpaid experience programme, we want it to be genuinely valuable and sustainable for you:🎓 Certificate of Completion An official certificate at the end of the programme recognising your contribution and experience with Prime Intelligence Mobility.📄 Professional Reference (at our discretion) Based on your performance, we may provide a reference or recommendation to support your future job or study applications.🍱 Food Subsidy on On-site Days Complimentary or subsidised lunch on agreed on-site working days (e.g. via our partner café / venue).🚆 Travel Subsidy Reimbursement of reasonable local travel expenses for agreed on-site days (with receipts), so you’re not out of pocket for coming in.🧑‍🏫 Structured Learning & Mentorship Onboarding to our tools and processes, plus day-to-day guidance directly from the founder / core Sales & Ops team.🧩 Real Responsibility (Not Just Shadowing) Exposure to real business challenges and the chance to meaningfully contribute to live projects.🔗 Potential Future Opportunities (incl.
