SENIOR CREDIT RISK ANALYST – LOSS MODELLING

£65,000

LONDON

This role offers a great chance to contribute to an innovative FinTech that are continuing to grow. You’ll get to work across a range of projects in this role, focusing on loss modelling but also covering strategy and wider analytics across the book.


THE COMPANY

We are working with an exciting FinTech who are going from strength to strength. They have grown very well since being established and are now in a secure and successful position where they are looking to expand the credit team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone to take a hands-on role where you can really make an impact on the future of the business.


THE ROLE

Within this, you can expect to work on:

  • loss forecasting and wider impairment models across the business
  • model performance and making adjustments as necessary to enhance performance
  • on wider ML implementation and application of data science techniques across the model suite
  • portfolio analysis and ad hoc projects focusing on, but not limited to, profitability, new acquisitions and collections
  • to get involved in lending strategy development and wider policy work


YOUR SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

  • experience in IFRS9 or broader loss modelling is essential
  • experience using SQL is essential
  • using Python highly desirable
  • in credit risk/consumer lending is essential
  • to at least degree level in an analytical degree
