Norris Contracting is seeking a full time Estimator/Surveyor to price, negotiate and manage commercial & Industrial painting and interior refurbishment contracts to other businesses, Schools & Hospitals primarily focussed across the East Midlands. 


The ideal candidate will have a building related qualification and/or related work experience and have the ambition to progress to a senior director role in the company.

 

The postition comes with a competitive salary, car/car allowance & sales bonus scheme.

Role Description

A full-time role, the Estimator/Surveyor will be responsible for assessing and estimating the scope of refurbishment projects, conducting site surveys, analyzing project requirements, preparing accurate cost estimates negotiating and managing contracts for clients primarily in the East Midlands and neighbouring regions.


Qualifications and Experience

  • Buildings related qualification or several years of similar experience preferred
  • Experience in estimating and surveying of commercial premises
  • Commercial and Sales experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively
  • Valid driver's license
