You will work closely with the Head of Compliance and the wider Operations team, acting as a trusted compliance partner to the business.As the company grows, the volume of work and complexity of regulatory activity is increasing — offering genuine scope for development, ownership and long-term career progression across the wider European group for high-performing individuals.Key ResponsibilitiesIn this role, you will support the Head of Compliance in all day-to-day compliance activity, ensuring the business continues to meet its regulatory obligations and operates to the highest standards. Core responsibilities include:Ensuring adherence to FCA regulatory requirements and relevant industry codes of practiceSupporting the implementation and application of internal policies and proceduresProviding clear, pragmatic compliance advice to colleagues across the organisationConducting compliance monitoring activity and preparing structured reportingAssisting with regulatory training, guidance and awareness activityContributing to business-wide projects, helping to drive efficiency, quality and changeOffering input and support on broader strategic compliance and operational initiativesYou will be a valued partner to the business, helping teams understand regulatory expectations and supporting them to deliver compliant, client-focused outcomes.
