Role Description


This is a full-time hybrid role for a Head of Human Resources Operations via Shoretide People. The role is located in London, United Kingdom, with flexibility for remote working.


The Head of HR Operations will be responsible for overseeing numerous HR functions, including oversight of payroll, international mobility, benefits administration, vendor and supplier mgt, as well as developing and implementing HR strategies policies, and HR Information Systems (HRIS).


Qualifications


  • HR Operations and HR Strategy skills
  • Experience in developing HR policies and implementing HRIS
  • Payroll Oversight and Management experience
  • Strong understanding of Human Resources (HR) practices
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to lead and manage a team
  • Knowledge of employment laws and regulations
  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • CIPD or similar qualification
  • Financial Services background is beneficial
