Role Purpose


To provide Third-Party Risk Management (TPRM) consultancy services to our diverse portfolio of clients.


Key Responsibilities


  • Lead and support the delivery of various TPRM consulting engagements.
  • Build and maintain key client relationships with stakeholders, including those at the C-suite level.
  • Design and deliver TPRM frameworks and associated solutions.
  • Conduct current state assessments and deliver comprehensive gap analysis and reporting.
  • Design comprehensive TPRM operating models and provide expertise on their implementation.
  • Perform detailed system/process assessments and provide expert analysis and guidance.
  • Lead business process design activities, implementation planning, and analysis.
  • Manage TPRM remediation programs and projects.
  • Develop and grow the business pipeline.


Team Objectives


  • Provide coaching and guidance to junior colleagues, contributing training materials and knowledge sharing within the team.
  • Lead small teams of consultants, as needed.
  • Drive internal improvement initiatives.
  • Participate in internal processes such as recruitment activities.


Key Skills and Experience


  • Experience in third-party risk management disciplines – ideally from a Cyber/Information Security OR Financial Crime arena
  • Experience in supporting a TPRM function in a fast-paced environment (industry or ideally consulting).
  • Extensive knowledge of outsourcing and TPRM regulations (e.g., PRA, EBA, FCA).
  • End-to-end experience in a variety of TPRM consulting engagements.
  • In-depth knowledge of the TPRM lifecycle and assessment processes.
  • Practical experience in designing and implementing TPRM frameworks and solutions.
  • Ability to address risks using standardized and consistent methodologies.
  • Ability to work independently or as part of a team, with equal success.
  • Comfortable with ambiguity and leading projects where scope and stakeholder landscape may be unclear.
  • Excellent stakeholder management skills, including at the executive level.
  • Strong customer-facing verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong initiative and enthusiasm.
  • Act as an ambassador for the brand.
  • Pragmatic and flexible approach.


Desirable Skills


  • Knowledge and experience using industry-standard tools, techniques, and systems.
  • While a consultancy background is not required, a desire to work in a fast-paced environment with a range of clients is essential.
