Brandon are seeking an exceptional creative leader to inspire and lead our strategic vision as the next step in our evolution.
As our new Creative Director you’ll focus on widening our offering into new categories and markets globally, delivering new ways to elevate the agency’s profile and reputation through our work, elevate a creative team to greatness, win awards and play an important role in our continued financial growth.
In order to deliver on our aspirations you’ll have cultivated a wealth of creative experience and expertise, helping brands to grow through powerful and compelling ideas that shift the commercial needle for clients. Delivering ‘ideas’ and exploring and exploiting the potential of those ideas for growth is integral to our, and our clients ambitions.
You will already be an experienced Creative Director looking to take on an exciting new challenge in an agency starting the journey through the fun and rapid growth years. As a member of our Senior Leadership Team you’ll inspire the creative team and move the business from good to great. Someone that empowers teams, helps people grow, wins awards and is commercially astute.
Working closely with the Managing Director and the wider SLT, your focus will be on nurturing talent and supporting the Design Directors to push boundaries and deliver work that everyone in the industry talks about. Work that stands out from the crowd as best-in class, that wins awards and drives us to great heights.
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- An experienced Creative Director who has held this position previously.
- Previous experience working in a strategic brand, design or advertising agency.
- Proven experience leading client partnership through strategic thinking, exceptional creativity and commercial acumen.
- A book of award winning work.
- A hunger for identifying new opportunities and introducing new and exciting opportunities for Brandon.
- A good amount of experience working with FMCG clients, albeit this role is about delivering brand design strategy across our entire client base so a wide scope of work would be ideal.
- An individual with the ability to travel, either to build relationships with clients or spend time in our Manchester Studio.
