About the role:


As Test Manager, you will be managing and directing all aspects of the testing which is essential for a business critical ERP migration project. You will be working the full lifecycle of the ERP testing from developing a test strategy and approach to leading the preparation and execution of the major test phases. You will be ensuring that the newly migrated system can go live with minimal or no risk to the business. You will be communicating closely with senior stakeholders through-out the process.


As Test Manager you will be responsible for:


  1. Preparing the overall test strategy and approach in alignment with approved testing frameworks to ensure all areas of the delivery are appropriately tested.
  2. Defining test scope and manage the set up of testing environments and test data management.
  3. Planning and managing execution of all test phases in scope of an ERP migration program,
  4. Ensuring communication with functional, technical and key business stakeholders both internally so you can deliver value through quality assurance.
  5. Monitoring and managing the triage of major issues and reporting with metrics on test process quality and test results.
  6. Aiming to continuously improve testing processes and practices.


As Test Manager you will have:


  1. 7+ years of large ERP implementation/migration experience including a minimum of 2 full life cycle implementations in a Test Lead or Management role.
  2. Extensive experience and knowledge of creating test strategies, test exit reports, test plans, test scripts, resource plans and test preparation of UAT.
  3. Experience managing large teams in multiple locations to deliver required results.
  4. Strong knowledge of current testing best practice and related test management tooling.
  5. Experience working with infrastructure teams to identify and specify the Test Environment requirements.
  6. Strong communication skills across a variety of people, including C-Suite.
  7. Demonstrated success in delivering well tested solutions in large organisations on complex projects.
