Job Description:

We are seeking an experienced Producer to lead the development of Avatars. This remote based role requires a strategic thinker with excellent communication and organisational skills to streamline processes and boost team efficiency.


Responsibilities:

  • Oversee the entire production lifecycle, ensuring timely, on-budget delivery of high-quality Avatars.
  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams to define project scopes, goals, and deliverables.
  • Develop and monitor project schedules, adjusting as needed to meet evolving requirements.
  • Manage communications between internal teams and external partners, ensuring alignment with project objectives.
  • Identify and resolve potential issues, mitigating risks effectively.
  • Conduct regular project meetings and provide detailed reports to senior management.


Qualifications:

  • Strong production experience in gaming or technology sectors.
  • Strong knowledge of digital avatar production processes.
  • Excellent organisational, time management, and leadership skills.
  • Proficiency in project management software and Google Sheets/Docs.
  • Ability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
