We are working on behalf of a British law firm who are seeking a Junior Legal PA to join their litigation and dispute resolution group, they are distinctive London-based law firm with a dynamic and friendly working culture.


The purpose of the Junior Legal PA is to provide an efficient, professional legal support service to fee earners.


Key duties will include (not exhaustive):


  • handling enquiries from internal and external callers and relaying messages promptly;
  • accessing fee earners’ inboxes and checking voicemails upon request.
  • building a strong knowledge of the firm’s clients and developing a rapport with members of the client team.
  • preparing presentation slides and materials (sometimes in conjunction with business development (BD)) for internal/external meetings and seminars.
  • Supporting the fee earners and the marketing and BD team on activities.


Ideally you will have:


  • strong PA experience in a law firm/finance firm is desirable;
  • secretarial qualifications desirable e.g. RSA, CILEX, legal secretarial diploma;
  • Good knowledge of Microsoft Outlook, Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • accurate typing, spelling, grammar and proof-reading skills.
  • must be a team player, whilst also being keen to take responsibility for their own duties;
