Role Overview

As a Product Owner, you will play a pivotal role in bringing the Product vision to life by maximizing the value of the Product through effective prioritization, clear communication, and the iterative test & learn approach. You will collaborate with a cross-functional Squad to refine and deliver impactful features while managing the Product Backlog to meet quarterly objectives. With your expertise, you’ll help evolve platform capabilities to create meaningful value for clients.


Key Responsibilities

· Drive the value delivered in each sprint to achieve quarterly goals, ensuring alignment with the Product Manager’s objectives.

· Prioritize Product Backlog items at the Story level based on value and effort, ensuring clarity and focus for the Squad.

· Facilitate a shared understanding of product requirements and priorities within the Squad, fostering alignment around the product vision.

· Ensure the Product Backlog is well-maintained, accessible, and comprehensible to stakeholders and team members.

· Utilize a test-and-learn approach in iterative delivery cycles to mitigate risks and drive meaningful outcomes.

· Coordinate business readiness for product launches, including the preparation of training materials, and assist in team upskilling as new features go live.

· Work with the Product Manager to track and enhance product scalability and performance against established KPIs.

· Collaborate with Analysts and Product Managers to optimize overall impact and maintain strong relationships with key suppliers, adhering to organizational guidelines.


Experience required

· Proven experience as a Product Owner with a strong record of delivering measurable value.

· Familiarity with Agile methodologies such as Scrum or Kanban.

· Industry knowledge in Wealth Management or related services like onboarding, asset transfers, and SIPPs.

· Experience with Microsoft Power Platform and Dynamics 365 is a strong advantage.

· Certification in Product Ownership is a plus.

· Strong analytical skills with an eye for detail and the ability to articulate requirements clearly.
