A global leader in commercial real estate services is seeking a Corporate Counsel to join their legal team.
About the role:
As Corporate Counsel, you will be responsible for providing legal advice, guidance, direction and strategic partnership across a wide variety of legal and compliance matters across the EMEA business. Key responsibilities will include providing commercial legal advice across a range of internal service lines including Asset Services, Occupier Services, Integrated Facilities Management and Project & Development Services. Negotiating and drafting commercial supply contracts, including licensing, consulting and service agreements. In addition to supporting the EMEA legal team and the wider global legal team. The successful candidate will advise on both contentious and non-contentious matters, as well as supporting on M&A and other corporate transactional work.
About you:
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 5 PQE, having trained either in a top UK law firm or in-house. Ideally you have experience of working in a commercial in-house environment. Previous experience gained in the Construction and/or Real Estate sector is desirable but not essential. Experience of working on multi-jurisdictional matters with a geographically dispersed teams would be positive. This role would suit someone who is commercially astute and who thrives in a fast-paced, complex and high performing environment.
