IMMEDIATE START TEMP ROLE
We're partnering with a global fashion retailer to find a Merchandise Admin Assistant (MAA) to join one of their dynamic merchandising teams in London. If you're analytical, detail-oriented, and passionate about retail and fashion, this is a great opportunity to join and support one of the merchandising teams.
The Role:
As an MAA, you'll play a crucial role in supporting the merchandising team, ensuring the right products are in the right place at the right time. Your responsibilities will include:
General admin for the merchandising team
Reporting into the assistant merchandiser.
Liaising with suppliers, logistics teams, and stores to ensure smooth product flow.
Managing stock allocations and transfers to optimize product availability.
Supporting the team with sales analysis, reporting, and forecasting.
About You:
Previous experience within an analytical role such as merchandising, allocation, buying or wholesale at a similar level.
A degree in Fashion, Business, or a related field.
Strong numerical and Excel skills.
A keen eye for detail and excellent organizational skills.
A team player with great communication skills and a proactive approach.
