Our client, a well-established SaaS company specialising in employee management, payroll, budgeting, and HR platforms for businesses across the UK and EU, is looking for a Senior Full Stack Developer to join their growing team. As they scale their operations and enhance internal processes, they are seeking an experienced developer to play a key role in shaping their technical landscape.


The ideal candidate will have 5+ years of hands-on experience with TypeScript, ideally working with NestJS and Angular, and a strong understanding of AWS cloud services. You will work as part of a dynamic, agile environment, embedded in cross-functional 'squads' collaborating with Product, Development, Mobile, Design, and Testing teams to deliver cutting-edge solutions.

In addition to your technical expertise, you will be expected to mentor and support junior developers, fostering a collaborative and growth-oriented culture. You will contribute to architectural decisions, enhance platform performance, and ensure best practices are adhered to in code quality, testing, and deployment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and maintain scalable full-stack applications using TypeScript, NestJS, and Angular.
  • Leverage AWS to optimise infrastructure, security, and performance.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Product, Mobile, Design, Testing) in agile 'squads' to deliver high-quality features.
  • Mentor and guide junior developers, ensuring consistent skill development across the team.
  • Contribute to system architecture and technical decisions.
  • Maintain code quality and implement best practices for testing, deployment, and continuous integration.
