Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced Health Economic Modeler to join a European-based Market Access and Healthcare Consulting team. This fully remote UK-based role involves leading research initiatives, developing health economic models (e.g., cost-effectiveness, decision models, Markov models) for HTA submissions, and overseeing global HEOR strategies. The role requires significant expertise in developing value propositions, HTA landscape assessments, and collaborating on real-world evidence studies such as epidemiology and burden of illness research. The candidate will lead cross-functional projects, mentor junior staff, and drive strategic growth initiatives.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead health economic modeling projects across various therapeutic areas.
  • Design and oversee cost-effectiveness models and related economic analyses.
  • Develop global HTA and reimbursement strategies for client assets.
  • Manage client relationships, including strategic guidance and project deliverables.
  • Contribute to HEOR studies, literature reviews, value dossiers, and field tools.
  • Oversee research teams, ensuring high-quality outputs from study concept to final report.
  • Support business growth initiatives through innovation and service development.
  • Recruit, train, and mentor junior consultants.


Qualifications and Skills:

  • Postgraduate degree in Health Economics or related field.
  • Proven track record in HTA, market access, and health economic modeling.
  • Expertise in using economic modeling software and adherence to guidelines.
  • Strong research skills, especially in literature reviews, epidemiology, and data analysis.
  • Excellent communication skills for presenting complex findings to varied audiences.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, remote environment.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and HEOR-specific tools.
