We are representing a fascinating global private equity organisation who are looking for an ambitious Infrastructure Architect to become the SME on both their cloud and on-premise infrastructure systems. This organisation is at the initial stages of undergoing significant changes to their global Infrastructure and have very low maturity from an IT architecture perspective. As a result, you will be responsible for developing both high and low level designs from scratch, and improving documentation within the business.


As their Infrastructure Architect, you will be responsible for applying your technical expertise in all cloud offerings (specifically Azure and Microsoft 365) to promote innovative solutions. Additionally, you will also work with the wider IT security, Applications and ITSM teams to ensure a coherent approach to security, policies and frameworks. This is a great opportunity to work on large scale migrations from on-prem to the cloud - they want to become serverless in the next 3 years.


What we are looking for:


  • Proven experience in Microsoft Azure and Modern Workplace with a focus on implementing client solutions.
  • Strong expertise in Microsoft cloud services, including Azure and Microsoft 365.
  • Ideally some experience working within low maturity organisations helping to develop both high and low level designs from scratch.
  • Ideally a background working in a decentralised business.
