Job Information


  • Role: Personal Trainer for in-Person and Online Personal Training.
  • Working hours: Initially 16 hours per week: 2 evenings (4pm to 9pm) and Saturday (8am to 2pm).
  • Salary approx: from £1,100 to £1,700 per month (Gross) depending on performance.
  • Monthly bonuses: Performance (monthly trainer's booking rate) and Sales (per new client).
  • Contract: 12 months contract (3 months probation period).
  • Start Date: Immediate start.
  • Location: Fitness Studio in Notting Hill Gate, London.


Skills, experience and qualifications required


  • Right to live and work in the UK.
  • Fully qualified with a Sports Science degree, REPS 3, or similar.
  • Customer-oriented and capable of managing multiple responsibilities.
  • A team player who prioritises the well-being of members and staff.
  • A fitness enthusiast who embodies a genuine passion for fitness and exercise.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Advanced spoken English is required for the role.


Main responsibilities


  • Creation of personalised exercise programmes.
  • Conduction of one to one Personal Training sessions in-Person and Online.
  • Monitor client progress.
  • Conduct trials, sales, and informative sessions.
  • Maintain the studio clean and organised.
