As the first medical affairs appointment in the UK, you will play a pivotal role in a pre-launch setting within multiple myeloma, offering you the autonomy to shape strategy and work in an entrepreneurial environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and execute the medical affairs strategy
  • Lead and manage medical affairs projects
  • Collaborate with EU/UK Market Access, Marketing, and Sales teams
  • Provide medical content and strategic insights
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant codes of practice, including the ABPI Code
  • Develop and maintain KOL networks
  • Establish and oversee the RWE program
  • Organise medical events such as advisory boards
  • Lead local publications and represent the company at congresses
  • Develop medical slide decks and KOL briefings
  • Manage IIT/IIS requests


Experience / Skills Required:

  • Field-based medical affairs experience
  • Strong knowledge of the ABPI Code of Practice
  • Pre-launch and launch experience
  • Oncology experience preferred but not essential
  • Proactive, independent, and adaptable to an evolving environment
  • Proven ability to work cross-functionally, both internally and externally
