It is a successful and dynamic group and they boast a superb track record.This team's focus encompasses white and blue collar services and includes verticals such as human capital management, facilities and industrial services, professional services, and outsourced solutions.The selected individual will play a key role in the origination and execution of M&A and capital-raising transactions, managing day-to-day deal processes, and overseeing junior team members. Key responsibilities include:Aiding continued market growth by assisting deal origination and executionLeading a wide variety of quantitative analyses, including leverage buyout models, discounted cash flow, multiple valuation analysis, merger and acquisition accretion/dilution analysis and credit analysis for client and investor presentationsDeveloping investment scenarios and corresponding presentation/ prospectus material, coordinated marketing for public private securities offerings, valuation analysis, business plans, and financial projectionsMonitoring relevant transactions, capital market trends, company financial statements, industry, regulatory, and economic information, and other important assessments in the financial sector.Works directly with seniors in all facets of the business, including marketing, transaction evaluation and transaction processingDesired profilePossess an impressive investment banking pedigreeAbility to apply fundamentals of economic and financial analysis methods for business decisions, finance, accounting, business statistics, marketing, investment, financial forecasting and marketing at a high levelExperience supervising Analyst and Associate level staffExhibit maturity, presence, attention to detail, initiative and problem solving skillsHigh calibre academic background
