Demand Planner

MacGregor Black are partnering with a Premium Beverage producer on the search for a Demand Planner. This is a perm role based in North London.


Key Responsibilities


  • Process all sales orders accurately and efficiently, ensuring timely delivery.
  • Address customer queries regarding orders and deliveries, providing excellent service and solutions.
  • Open new customer accounts and maintain a clear, up-to-date inventory of raw materials and finished goods.
  • Manage stock and order processing across multiple warehouses, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Support the Head of Operations with production processes, including the delivery of raw materials and dispatch of finished products.
  • Handle all necessary export documentation, such as Certificates of Origin and Health Certificates.
  • Coordinate with external customs agents to facilitate the import of raw materials and ensure compliance with all regulations.



What are we looking for?


  • Experience in Demand Planning & Logistics, particularly within the beverage industry.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Experience working in a busy office environment and meeting strict deadlines.
  • Strong teamwork skills, with the ability to collaborate effectively with colleagues and external partners.
  • Assertive, confident, and creative problem-solver.
  • Tactful and diplomatic, able to adapt your approach to achieve the best outcomes.
  • Self-motivated with a strong sense of pride in delivering excellent results.


Salary – Up to £45k + benefits.
