Acquisition Delivery Manager

Our Telecoms client based in Reading is looking for an experienced Acquisition Delivery Manager. This is initially a 6 months contract with good possibility of extension. Please note that the suitable candidate will work in a hybrid setting (1-2 days on site per week in Reading).

The role is inside IR35.


Responsibilities & Outcomes:

The Acquisition Delivery Manager is responsible for the following:

• Work with PMO team to ensure all our site Acquisition requests are correctly instructed

• Ensure all Customer PO cover and ASP PO cover is in place before work commences

• Highly experienced with the Electronics Communication Code and its implications on Telecoms

• Design experience to provide input and guidance for sites being negotiated under the CODE act

• Experience with Site lease renewals, documentation of lease rights, initial lease agreements and rent reviews

• Be able to provide site suitability reports to the customer and acquisition agent when required

• Experience across all site types – new sites, upgrades, swaps, NTQ

• WIP management

• Project reporting – internal reporting to Customer Project Manager or any other stakeholders as required


Key Qualifications and Experience:

Required:

• Expert knowledge of site infrastructure and site configuration for deployment company radio products

• Knowledge of Construction Design and Management (CDM 2015) Regulations

• Highly experienced with Telecoms CODE act, lease rights, rent renewals, lease agreements

• Knowledgeable across all site build types

• Fluency in English

• UK driving licence

• Ability to manage relationships at all levels across all stakeholders i.e. internal, Customers, Suppliers

• Extensive experience working with ASPs/SWCs and Customer interaction

• Excellent interpersonal, social and communication skills

• Demonstrable leadership capability in managing and driving change in a large, complex organisation

• Ability to influence and inspire action in a matrix organisation

• Exposure to commercials/rate cards


Desirable:

• Site based qualifications such as Working at Height, First Aid, RF Awareness
