How you’ll power our business as an Sales Enablement Specialist
As our Sales Enablement Executive, you will empower a driven salesforce with the tools to deliver the right energy solutions? We are seeking a passionate individual to join our marketing team, and act as the link between Sales and Marketing to drive and optimise our sales enablement platform. We believe in doing energy right by our customers and our mission is to earn our customers' trust by doing right, doing more, and making every interaction easy. For our consumer this means making energy easy and personalised, with a digitally empowered experience. For business customers we aim to be the go-to partner for energy solutions, empowering businesses to achieve sustainability goals and long-term success.
Here at Flogas, we may have a fossil fuels background, but we’re working towards delivering 100% renewable energy to our customers by 2040. We’re already supporting our customers to reduce their carbon emissions, by helping them make the switch from oil to gas. We’re also developing our offering for technologies such as heat pumps and solar panels, beginning to help our customers reduce their energy consumption and evolving new bio-fuels and renewable gases. What we’ll need from you
• Oversee the maintenance and optimisation of the platform.
• Monitor user engagement and feedback to continuously improve the usability and effectiveness.
• Collaborate with commercial marketing manager and sales teams to identify content gaps and opportunities for improvement.
• Excellent communication, organisational, and project management skills.
• Experience in content creation and copy writing for sales and marketing materials.
