Our client, in the Insurance industry seeking an IT Integrations Analyst Project Manager to join their growing team.


Team Description

As the IT Integrations Project Manager, you will be joining a small but busy integrations team that sits within the wider IT function at the company, reporting directly to the Head of Integrations.

This team manages at least one integration project per month and is known for its collaborative and flexible approach to meeting the demands of the role.


What you do:

Due Diligence:

  • Assess the target's IT systems, data, and technologies to identify potential integration opportunities, risks, and challenges.

Integration Planning:

  • Integration plans and strategies for acquired businesses, ensuring alignment with the organization’s goals and objectives.
  • Own and drive detailed project plans, including timelines, resource allocation, and risk assessments, to guide the integration process and ensure these are kept fully up to date at all times.
  • With cross-functional teams to define integration objectives, requirements, and deliverables.

Data and Systems Integration:

  • Closely with the Solutions Architect and IT Integrations team to design and implement the integration of acquired businesses' IT systems, data, and technologies.
  • The seamless transfer of data, applications, and systems while maintaining data integrity and system functionality.
  • Recommend technologies and tools that support data migration, transformation, and synchronization.

Stakeholder Engagement:

  • With stakeholders from acquired businesses to understand their IT systems, processes, and requirements.
  • Function as a liaison between integrated entities and the organization, facilitating open

What you need:

  • IT Integration experience – Applications/ Core business functions/ data etc.
  • Proven experience (minimum 3 years) in IT integrations, preferably in a corporate environment involving multiple acquisitions.
  • Strong knowledge of integration processes, data migration, and IT systems alignment.
  • Excellent communication and people skills, with the ability to engage and influence stakeholders at all levels.
  • Strong project management skills, including the ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities concurrently.


This role requires 2days a week in London office with ability to do irregular travel 2/3 times a month (some overnight stays) to facilitate integrations around UK. Salary up to 55K plus benefits.
