Reporting to the Senior Project Manager you will be responsible for the management of customer projects ensuring that the project proceeds within specified time frame and established budget.


Key Responsibilities:

  • ‍Supporting the management of the account including customer communication.
  • Calculate customer price (put together the offer together with Key Account Manager).
  • Maintain and develop relationships with existing key account customers and suppliers (via meetings, telephone calls, emails).
  • Converts Project Description details into a project plan and is responsible to drive and follow up project progress (milestones and deliverables).
  • Project Planning (milestone plans and activity schedules - as appropriate).
  • Delivering Project results.
  • Risk handling for the project.
  • Issue / conflict handling during the project with appropriate escalation.
  • Leading the Project Team; in accordance with budget, time and scope.
  • Manage stakeholder expectations and communications.
  • Plan and execute project meetings.
  • Assign tasks to project team members.
  • Keep Business updated on all on all on-going projects; normally through Status Report (RAG), Sales & Operations Planning meetings.
  • Responsible for the on-going project including invoicing and taking care of claims.
  • Communicates project management progress internally.
  • Manage all practical aspects of the test / actual installations, planning how, when and where.
  • Obtain customer satisfaction responses.
  • Create and disseminate final Project Closure report.


Skills & Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree or equivalent qualification in a Business related field desirable.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build rapport and manage relationships effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
  • Detail-oriented, with strong organizational skills and the ability to multitask and prioritize.
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to problem-solving and client support.
