As the EPM, you’ll set the strategic direction for their technological evolution, boosting safety, efficiency, and agility across the board. Reporting directly to the Plant Manager, you’ll be instrumental in crafting a future that doesn’t just keep up with the times but leads the way.

Who We’re Looking For:

You’re a strategic and passionate leader with experience in Process or Mechanical Engineering in the manufacturing sector. You have a mechanical engineering degree or HND as minimum (electrical or chemical may be considered) and a proven track record in driving continuous improvements and large-scale projects. You are charismatic, professional, and driven to achieve excellence.
