Employment Associate (3-6 PQE) – US Law Firm


A distinguished US Law Firm is seeking a skilled Employment Associate to join their highly regarded London team. This is an excellent opportunity for a mid-level solicitor with 3-6 years of PQE to work within a dynamic and respected practice, particularly focused on the Technology and Finance sectors. The firm is looking for an individual who is eager to take on both contentious and non-contentious employment matters, with a focus on complex, cross-border issues for multinational clients.


The London Employment team is led by a highly respected Partner and is recognised for its straightforward, solutions-focused approach. The practice is well-regarded for its commercially oriented advice, especially in handling complex employment matters involving multinational clients in the Technology and Finance sectors.


Role Responsibilities:


As an Employment Associate, you will have the opportunity to:

  • Handle complex and cross-border cases, often involving high-profile multinational clients.
  • Work closely with senior members of the team to provide pragmatic, commercially focused legal solutions.
