Walker & Sloan, a bespoke recruitment solutions business based in the vibrant city of Bristol, is seeking a talented and driven individual to join our construction team as a Consultant, Senior or Principal Recruitment Consultant.


Job Description:


  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients, understanding their recruitment needs and providing tailored solutions.
  • Identify and attract top talent in the White Collar Construction industry through various sourcing techniques.
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates' skills and qualifications, and make recommendations to clients.
  • Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, ensuring a smooth and positive experience for both clients and candidates.
  • Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to provide strategic advice and guidance to clients.
  • Support your colleagues and the team around you at all times.
